• Site visit costs are non-adjustable.
• 6-month warranty
• The kitchen fitting (installation) charges Extra.
• In case you need servicing within the warranty period, you will have to pay 1999 for the service site visit. Replacement/Repairing will be done free according to damage if under warranty.
• In case you need servicing after your warranty period, you will have to pay 1999 for the service site visit. Replacement/Repairing will be done according to damage & charges will be at actual.
• You will have to log in to your account, fill out the warranty form & pay the service visit charges online for the representative to come.
• Kindly Read Everything Carefully Before placing your order.
• Kindly refer to the website more than the verbal communications as that can cause misunderstandings. Verbal communications aren’t valid always.
• All payments at any stage are non-refundable.
• Semi-Modular Kitchens are not inclusive of Platforms, appliances, or any civil work.
• Your order cannot be refunded/returned or exchanged.
• The representative will take your measurement only after you make the site visit payment.
• Your order will be delivered to your house only after you make the 85% final payment
• Fitting will be done after a day or two of you making the final payment.
• Your design/Quotation/Color once chosen/confirmed cannot be changed.
• Only after you give written confirmations(all details) and make 15% payment, will your order go in production.
• Color has to be chosen according to availability. Only standard colors are included for discounted price.
• Any defects after installation would only be considered if you fill the warranty repair form.
• Designing time 12 pm to 6 pm Monday to Saturday
• 2 Alterations in design and quotation after site visit are free, any more required will cost Rs. 500 Per design+ quotation.
• Any changes will lead to changes in the quotation. All the details are already mentioned in the product description, terms & conditions and additional information of each product. Kindly read it carefully.
• Any changes in the design will be considered only if it is mentioned in the conversation held during the mail. Verbal communications will not be considered.
• Extra Charges will be charged if you need a representative to visit your house second time.
• Fitting + transportation charges are extra as per pin code.
• The prices you pay for the site visit are valid for  6month only. After 6 months the charge will be extra.
• In the case of Furniture, the fitting date changes for some Reason so the company has reserved all rights to change the next date.
• Your Price remains the same as shown on our website but after the visit, Kitchen Sizes & Design might change then the Price will be changed by your modifications. after your confirmation via email, your order will go for production.
• For Delivery, Schedule Depends on Availability of Material.
• It will take 15 working days for your kitchen to be ready from the day you make 15% payment + confirm details.
• In case your size differs after measurements from what you have booked, price, quantity & design will be for the actual size only.
• If your platform size is 8ft 10mm, the price will be considered for 9ft platform size only. (for both platforms)
• Standard Kitchen will be made in only 1 color.
• For color combinations of 2 color, Rs 3000 will be added
• For your given platform size from both corners, 10-35mm will be reduced in shutters (from the smaller size) to avoid damage while cleaning.
• You cannot get fitting done from someone else. we do not only sell material.
• Offers/Discounts/Prices Keep changing on a daily basis. your price will remain the same as mentioned on the site on that particular date and time you placed your order.
• If your kitchen size is smaller or larger than available sizes, the closest available size’s price will be considered.
• These discounts are only for our standard sizes & color, not for make to size.
• If your kitchen is make to size with customizable requirements, there will be no discounts.
• Carcase used is PLB(particle board- our standard white color).
• If you face any problems after your kitchen fitting, instead of calling or mailing us the issue, kindly fill the warranty form & pay the service charges (only if issue occurs 30days after kitchen fitting).
